Estate features 10 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, including 4 beautiful master suites with sitting areas and adjacent baths, and a central bath on the second floor with a steam room and heated floor. Each bedroom is comfortably decorated in the style of a 5-star boutique property and appointed with exquisite furnishings and luxury bedding; most rooms have TVs. 

The main floor features 2 living rooms, each with large stone fireplaces and wood-beamed ceilings, one with a large-screen TV, a large kitchen, dining room, an open front rocking porch with views and beautiful enclosed side porch with views of the estate, pool and tennis court. Laundry room is in the basement. Internet/wifi access. 

A large and elegant stone patio connects the main house and the cottage and features 2 large oblong dining tables with umbrellas, and a large grill. The main house (manor) overlooks a renovated, heated pool with a large shallow end and a smaller deep end and an exquisite pool house/cabana featuring a kitchenette and large changing/towel area. 

To the right of the pool is a tennis court. Behind the pool house is a golf putting green. Next to the cottage is a large detached 4-car garage that houses a gym, game room with a ping pong and pool table. 

A pond and waterfall with small boat house complete the idyllic setting on 26 acres featuring unique specimen trees and surrounded by a stone wall and gate. Enjoy relaxing walks on the tranquil and breathtaking property which is is considered an arboretum because of the diversity of flora, bring your binoculars to see unusual birds and wildlife.

Luxury linens, plush bath towels and pool towels provided. 

All bedrooms have air conditioners. Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, double ovens, two dishwashers, wine fridge, ample serve ware and place settings, as well as many small appliances including drip coffee makers, toaster ovens, warming trays, 

food processor, blender, etc. 

All rentals include the use of the entire property including: tennis courts, pool, pond with kayak, outdoor grill, fire-pit, game room, gym, playhouse, and swing-set. 

Please note that the host/caretaker and family occupy the small cottage that sits across from the manor.
